Our group boxing class is a high-intensity interval training workout that sculpts your body, relieves stress, and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your coaches will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver punch combinations on our heavy bags and intervals of cardio-strength training that will keep your heart pumping at just the right levels!

Water and a fitness/yoga mat if you would like to have one. Mats are not required. If you do not have one you can borrow one of ours. We also have water if you forget to bring yours. We have all the boxing equipment you need for class.
