GROUP MITT TRAINING
Mitt training classes give our members the best of both worlds! Come experience what it feels like to be both boxer and coach! The workout is high energy like our BX45 classes but the workout itself is very different. Members are introduced to the art of holding punch mitts like their favorite coach while helping other members sharpen their boxing techniques. It's a steady dose of energy, learning, laughter, and fun! From the outside looking in, it may seem intimidating but once you experience a class you will quickly settle into all the fun! Not only do you burn a ton of calories, but you also leave every class a better boxer, with a better understanding of fundamental boxing techniques!

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
Water and a sweat towel is all you need! If you don't have either of those, no worries, we'll be happy to clean up your sweat and we have bottled water on the house! If you have your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it. If not, we have equipment in house you can use for class at no extra charge.
