The goal during these 12 weeks is to encourage you to challenge yourself both mentally and physically. Success will highly depend on your engagement level. Ask questions, share wins/losses and be an active part of the growing community. Let the good times roll!

Install our app and begin booking classes! The app code is BOXING.

Log into the Transformation Portal.

Join the group chat and make a short post to introduce yourself. It can be as simple as “Hi. Excited to learn, grow and transform during this challenge. -joel” PLEASE DON'T SKIP THIS STEP AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOTIFICATIONS TURNED ON YOUR APP. ALL COMMUNICATIONS ARE DONE IN THE GROUP.

If you did not complete a weigh in yet, provide your current weight and body fat percentage. If you don’t have access to a scale, contact us to schedule a weigh in at the studio or order our preferred scale.

Once we receive your current weight, you will be assigned a nutrition plan. The plan is intended to guide you. Our goal is to find ways to incorporate those foods into your lifestyle throughout the challenge, not to starve you.

Watch the personal Growth and Learning Videos asap. This will help provide some foundational information to our approach to strength training.
