All plans are no contract, no signup fees, cancel/change plan anytime. Monthly plans are auto drafts.

 

Class Sessions & Schedule

  • Flex Class Schedule

    • Clients get 90 minutes to complete a 45 minute workout. Each class session spans 90 minutes.A full class workout takes 45 minutes. Start when you arrive. 

    • Example: Session starts at 5pm and ends at 6:30pm. Clients can arrive anytime between 5pm and 5:45pm and complete the full workout. Busy day so you don’t arrive till 6pm, no problem, get in 30 minutes. Got some extra time. Arrive at 5pm and stay for an hour or even longer!

  • Mebane Session Schedule

    • 5:00AM to 6:30AM: Monday. Wednesday. Friday.

    • 8:30AM to 10:00AM: Monday. Wednesday. Friday

    • 5:00PM to 6:30PM: Monday. Wednesday. Friday.

  • Burlington Session Schedule

    • 5:00AM to 6:30AM: Tuesday. Thursday.

    • 8:30AM to 10:00AM: Saturday

    • 5:00PM to 6:30PM: Tuesday. Thursday.
