  • What is "Goolosh"?"
    Goolosh is our term for unhealthy foods. It's not a one size fits all. It's something we encourage you to take in stages so that you build on your success. One of the biggest points of failure for so many people is they try to change too much too fast. The other is they try a quick fix. We don't encourage either of those. We encourage you to develop better habbits for your, your lifestyle and your goals. Your Goolosh List will change as your habbits improve! Here's look at our initial Goolosh List to help you get started.
  • What’s the difference in Weight Watchers points and get lean challenge points?
    Weight Watchers gives specific foods points with daily point limits. We give food categories points in a framework that help you develop healthier habits you can always use. We focus on lean proteins, healthy veggies, healthy fruits and water. You are challenged to begin finding our own way to what healthier looks like for you. Our framework also includes sleep and exercise for total health and fitness accountability. We cover all the basis but keep it simple and easily customizable to meet you wherever you are on your journey.
  • Do I have to box for fitness points?
    Nope but we strongly encourage it! With the launch of Boxing Fusion, our on demand service, now anyone can box with us at anytime! Even still, boxing should still just be once componenet of your fitness journey. We encourage anything that gets you moving! Walking, yoga, stretching, strength training, dancing, swimming, biking, cleaning, yardwork, basketball, football, walking on the golf course, soccer… any many, many more. Be creative! Find ways to stay active that you love... and try to include boxing! :-)
  • What if I already eat healthy?
    Our challenges focus on health and fitness. The framework encourages daily activity/exercise as well and eating healthy. Some challenges also include sleep. If you are already on top of all those things then you can join in and encourage share with others or maybe even pick up a few tips from the group. Our goal is to bring people together who want to live healthier and more active lifestyles and encourage others to do the same.
  • What am I paying for?
    Accountability! Coaching! Connectivity! The framework provides the accountability you need. The daily coaching tips provide the extra inspiration and motivation you need to keep going. The connectivity gives you insight to how others are conquering and struggling the same way you are. We grow and learn from one another!
