Service Description

Private group classes served up the way your group requests! At BX5 you can work the heavy bags, partner up on punch mitts, or combine the two. Mix in circuit training or keep the focus on boxing! When we come to you, we will have our gloves and punch mitts ready for your group! Class times start at 45 minutes and can be as long as 120 minutes.
