FUN WOROUTS FOR KIDS
Bring your kids in for a workout we know they will love... I mean they actually get to hit something and not get in trouble for it! The BX5 Kids Program is a fun way for kids to get a great workout and learn basic boxing techniques along the way. Jabs. Crosses. Hooks. Uppercuts. Slips. Rolls... they will know what all those things mean and more at the end of the program. We will introduce them to our punch number system and have them off and hitting punch combinations in no time!
You and your dedicated coach will create a plan that’s tailored to your goals—and together, you’ll work to unlock the results you want. At every step of the way, you’ll be driven by a passionate trainer. One on one and small group sessions available.
Focus on the WORK and results will come! One of our favorite sayings is "Steady Work Is Good Work"! It doesn't matter if you are the fastest, strongest, or most skilled. What's important is that you have made time for yourself to come to class and put in work! Some days you will crush it. Oher days you will barely get through. Be proud of both!
